St-Hubert rotisseries send formal notice for Marie-Chantal Toupin's fake show

The Facebook page Malcommodes Grannies received a formal notice from St-Hubert restaurants following the creation of their event Marie-Chantal Toupin and DaBaby at St-Hubert in Ste-Adèle. More than 1200 people have expressed their interest in this fictional show. The St-Hubert rotisseries had made a warning on their page saying: " Notice to all. A false event involving some of our rotisseries and Marie-Chantal Toupin is circulating on Facebook. We are not associated with this one and we ask you to be vigilant. ". They sent a formal notice where it is mentioned: “ Unauthorized use of a registered trademark and the logo associated with the registered trademark ».
