A citizen of Saguenay grows a vegetable garden in front of her residence even if she is not allowed

Here Radio-Canada Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean posted a report online that caused a lot of reaction. We are introduced to Marthe Lavigne who decided to make a vegetable garden in front of her house even if a municipal by-law forbids her. Marthe's goal is not to defy the rules but to have a garden (she has no backyard). Several people congratulate her for having made her garden even if she is not allowed.
