Several tenants of Manoir Lafontaine in Montreal express their frustration against the renovations

The evictions in Montreal and in several cities of Quebec do not stop any more. We can see here that the tenants of Manoir Lafontaine located at 3485 Avenue Papineau have decided to speak up. We can read: " 40 years of rent is my life here, 60 families outside, no renovations, my accommodation I'm there I'm staying ". By evicting the tenants, the owners will renovate and set very high prices. We can see demonstrations of this kind in several neighborhoods of Montreal.
