The mayor of Quebec Régis Labeaume shared photos of him on Facebook on Facebook to promote the new electric-assisted bicycle sharing service. He announced that a hundred bicycles will be available for rental in ten stations in several sectors. It didn't take long before some netizens started making edits to tease him a bit.
