People decided to block the Louis Hippolyte Lafontaine tunnel on Saturday around 18:30 p.m. We can see in the video 3 vehicles come to a stop to stop the other motorists (around 2 minutes 30 seconds in the video). We hear horns, screams and there is a lot of tension. The SPVM is currently investigating the event because it is illegal to stop on public roads.
