Dany Laferrière now has a sculpture in his effigy in Montreal

The talented writer Dany Laferriere now has an effigy sculpture to pay tribute to him. Produced by Roger Langevin, you can discover it at the Bibliothèque et Archives nationales du Québec (475, boul. De Maisonneuve Est) in the Jardin d'art de la Grande Bibliothèque. We can see him sitting on the top step of a staircase and reading an extract from his novel on the walls. Exile is worth the trip.
