Losing 100 pounds in 100 days is the challenge of a Quebecer

My friend Olivier Duclos decided to take charge of his life, and I'm proud of him. He decided to lose weight to be healthy. His concept is to lose 100 pounds in 100 days, or at least succeed in losing weight by motivating himself with his Facebook page 100 books // 100 days. I wish him good luck in this project, I know he goes to the gym often and eats well! We want you slim my Oli, everyone knows that you are capable of achieving your dream!
