There will be a demonstration in Montreal this summer to demand the right of women to walk topless in public

August 26 is the Women's Equality Day. In order to highlight the event, the organization GoTopless will be holding a demonstration that will take place in Montreal, among other places, on the Sunday following Women's Equality Day, August 28. The aim is to claim the right of women to walk around topless in public, as is permitted for men. The event has been taking place at the Mount Royal tom-toms for a few years now. A date to write in your diary if the cause is important to you. (via MtlBlog)
