Do Yellow stores deliberately damage their unsold shoes so that they become unusable?

Lily stone, a surfer, discovered behind a store Yellow in Montreal, shoes in good condition but intentionally torn so that they are unusable. She claims that Yellow intentionally spoils unsold shoes instead of donating them to organizations that help people in need. In his defense, Yellow replied that these were only shoes returned by customers or shoes with only one foot remaining and that all unsold pairs are donated to charities. What do you think? Here are the photos that have caused so much reaction from Internet users published by Lily stone on his Facebook account.
