Flag proposals for Quebec regions

The user of the Deviantart site AlienSquid decided to offer different flags for each of the regions of Quebec. The concept is still fun and the result is downright beautiful / interesting. It's unclear what motivated him to make this concept, but it's absolutely worth watching. It's nice, nice work!
