Cat therapy, why not?

When I watched this video, I thought it was cute! However, as I pushed further and read the results of this cat therapy study, I was stunned! Did you know that spending 15-30 minutes with a cat is proven to calm our nerves and improve our mood? Also, cat purring is a natural blood pressure regulator! Unfortunately, I believe I am condemned to stress, a great allergic that I am! (via Huffington Post)
