I expected to see "The good news from Saguenay" with the nice intro and the music "Salut Bonjour". But no! Jean Tremblay is not happy, but not at all. There was graffiti in a library and that is unacceptable. We are happy for him that he is not the mayor of Montreal, because he would often make capsules like this. (via Total Crap)
